| 摘 要： | 为了筛选出文冠果种子催芽的最佳植物生长调节剂及其浸种时间,研究了吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)及ABT溶液对文冠果种子发芽特性及幼苗生长发育的影响。以相同浓度的3种植物生长调节剂分别进行不同时间梯度的浸种处理,测定文冠果种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼苗生长状况。结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂处理下文冠果种子的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数均显著高于清水对照(P0.05),且ABT处理效果好于NAA和IAA,ABT处理5 d的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数分别为79.1%、87.6%及326.7。植物生长调节剂处理对文冠果幼苗生长有良好的促进作用,其中ABT处理效果明显好于NAA和IAA处理,ABT溶液浸种5 d表现最好,其苗高、地径、主根长及叶片数分别为13.4 cm、2.4 mm、12.5 cm及13片;同时植物生长调节剂处理也显著提高了文冠果幼苗的地上部鲜(干)质量和地下部鲜(干)质量,且以ABT处理效果最好。综合各项指标发现,ABT处理下文冠果种子的发芽特性及生长指标均优于其他处理,并且5 d为最佳浸种时间。

| Abstract: | In order to screen the optimum hormone and soaking time,this paper investigated the effects of indoleacetic acid (IAA),naphthalene acetic acid(NAA) and ABT growth regulators on the seed germination character and seedling growth of Xanthoceras sorbifolia.The seeds were soaked in three different hormones at same concentration for different time,respectively,the germination energy,germination percentage,germination index and growth status were measured.Results showed that the germination energy,germination percentage and germination index under the three hormones were significantly higher than the control(P ＜ 0.05),and ABT treatment was the best of the three.On the fifth day,the germination energy,germination percentage and germination index of ABT treatment were 79.1％,87.6％ and 326.7,respectively.In addition,hormones had a promotion effect on the seedling growth,and ABT treatment was also better than NAA and IAA treatments.Five days of soaking seeds later,the sprout height,ground diameter,root length and leaf numbers were 13.4 cm,2.4 mm,12.5 cm and 13.At the same time,hormones significantly increased the aboveground fresh and dry biomass,underground fresh and dry biomass of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings(P ＜0.05),and ABT was better than others as well.Under ABT treatment,the seed germination characteristics and growth index were the best of the three,and the optimum soaking time was 5 d. |
