| 摘 要： | 欧盟农业发展较快,一直处于世界领先行列,各项制度相对完善,农业预算发展颇具成效.中国农业预算在经济快速发展的大环境中,逐步得到了完善,但同时也暴露出一系列问题.笔者通过中欧农业预算编制、预算执行、预算监督三个方面进行比较分析,并提出对策建议.

| Abstract: | With rapid development,the agriculture in the European Union (EU) is always in the world's leading ranks,and with relatively complete systems,the development of agricultural budget in EU also has achieved a lot.China's agricultural budget has been improved gradually with the rapid economic development,but also has exposed a series of problems.Therefore,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed through the comparative analysis on the agriculture budgeting,budget enforcement,budget supervision between Europe and China. |
