圆盘泵叶轮结构改进及固液两相流的数值模拟

摘    要:针对混输圆盘泵在输送原油介质时存在的扬程和效率低下的状况,在原有叶轮的基础上进行了结构改进,并采用欧拉多相流模型,标准k-ε湍流方程与SIMPLE算法对改进后的圆盘泵内部固液两相湍流进行了数值模拟,得到泵内流场压力和速度的变化规律,以及不同固相颗粒浓度与泵的扬程、效率和出口质量流量的关系曲线.结果表明:流体在从泵进口到出口的过程中,静压和总压持续上升,最高压力出现在蜗壳螺旋段与扩散段结合处的外壁面处;固相颗粒主要集中在叶片工作面,从而会加剧叶轮叶片的磨损破坏速度;泵的扬程和效率随着固相颗粒浓度的增大而略有增加,通过比较改进前后圆盘泵的扬程曲线发现,改进后的泵的扬程提高明显.
