摘    要:在同一功率下对微波炉和电炉效率进行了对比。结果表明:微波加热实验组的杀菌效果达到国标(GB19298-2003)时,所需的时间及温度均小于电炉加热对照组;实验组和对照组在水温为35.0℃时比初温13.1℃时细菌含量高;实验组和对照组杀菌效果达到国标时,微波炉的效率比电炉高。

Abstract:Efficiency of sterilizing tap water heated by microwave oven and electric furnace in the same powerwas compared in the present investigation. The results showed that time and temperature, for sterilization in line with the national standard (GB19298 -2003 ), by microwave method were less and lower than those by the furnace. The bacteria quantity in the water at about 35.0℃ by both heating methods was higher than that in the initial temperature (13.1 ℃ ). Microwave oven was more efficient than the electric stove in sterilization confroming to the GB code.
