摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对油菜、胡萝卜、番茄、甜瓜种子萌发的影响。方法]采用培养皿发芽法。结果]低浓度的NaCl溶液对4种作物胚根的生长均有促进作用。随着NaCl浓度的增加,种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、萌发活力指数、胚根生长量均下降,当浓度大于200 mmol/L时出现较大幅度的下降。结论]4个品种的耐盐能力依次为甜瓜>番茄>胡萝卜>油菜。

Influence of Salt Concentration on Germination of Different Seeds

Abstract:Objective]The effects of NaCl stress at different concentrations on germination characters of rape,Daucus carrot,tomato,muskmelon seeds.Method]Petri dish bud germination method was adopted.Result] The lower concentration promoted the growth of four kinds of crop’s radicle.With the increase of NaCl concentrations,germination potential,germination rate,germination index,germination vigor and growth of radicle were all decreased.When the concentration was greater than 200 mmol/L,there was a sharp decline.Conclusion]The order of salt tolerance ability was muskmelon>tomato>Daucus carrot>rape.
