| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨不同产地的几种石斛中总生物碱和多糖含量与其价格之间的关系。方法]用溴甲酚绿酸性染料比色法和苯酚-浓硫酸比色法分别测定了不同产地的几种石斛中总生物碱和多糖的含量,并结合其价格进行分析比较。结果]不同产地的几种石斛中总生物碱和多糖含量有所不同,其中贵州赤水产金钗石斛、贵州兴义产环草石斛、束花石斛、马鞭石斛为较优良种;各种石斛中总生物碱和多糖的含量与其市场价格基本成正相关。结论]石斛中总生物碱和多糖含量与其价格之间有着密切的关系,产地对石斛中总生物碱和多糖含量以及价格有一定影响。该研究为石斛的市场定价和质量评价提供了参考。

Research on the Relationship Between the Prices and the Total Alkaloids, Polysaccharides Contents of Dendrobium in Different Origins |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed at exploring the relationship between the content of total alkaloids and polysaccharides and their price of Dendrobium in different origins. Method]The content of total alkaloids and polysaccharides in Dendrobium were determined with the acid dye of bromocresol green colorimetry and phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetry respectively,and comparatively analyzed with the price of it. Result]The contents of total alkaloids and polysaccharides of Dendrobium in different origins varied,which was high in Dendrobium nobile（obtained from Chishui,Guizhou province）,Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe.,Dendrobium chrysanthun Wall. and Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook. Var. oculatum Hook.（obtained from Xingyi,Guizhou province）. Meanwhile,the content of total alkaloids and polysaccharides had positive correlation with the prices of Dendrobium. Conclusion]There was a close relationship between the content of total alkaloids and polysaccharides and the prices of Dendrobium ,both of which were affected by their habitats. The study will provide references for the market pricing and quality evaluation of Dendrobium. |
