| 摘 要： | 本文从嫩芽微扦插育苗技术中,试图探索出多种因子对嫩芽扦插的影响,结果发现6种不同生根调节剂对桉树嫩芽微扦插生根影响有显著差异,而使用L1号生根粉平均生根率高达94.67%;不同季节气候因子显著影响嫩芽微扦插生根率,高温高湿季节的夏季生根率最低,而干旱的春秋冬季生根率最高;覆盖薄膜能显著提高嫩芽微扦插生根率,它是解决季节性气候造成嫩芽微扦插生根率偏低的重要方法,它为一年四季桉树嫩芽微扦插工厂化育苗提供了技术保障。

| Abstract: | In this paper,multiple factors that effect on the cutting of summerwood have been explored. The results showed that:there was significant difference among 6 different growth hormones,but the mean rooting rate of L_1 was high to 94.67%. Different season affected the rate remarkably. It gained the lowest rooting rate in summer with high temperature and high humidity,the high rate was in other seasons, when the weather was droughty. The rooting rate could be improved by covering membrane,which was an important way to solve low rooting rate for seasonality climate. It afforded the technical support for factory seedling-raising of eucalyptus micro-cuttage in all seasons. |
