摘    要:维持细胞内高K+/Na+比率是植物耐盐的关键因素.近年来已经鉴定与保持K+/Na+比率相关的基因和转运蛋白.这些基因和蛋白在K+与Na+的吸收、转运和排出过程起重要作用,在维持K+/Na+方面起调控功能.文章对植物体在盐胁迫下保持高K+/Na+比率的机制作以综述

Abstract:Maintenance of high K+/Na+ ratios is a key feature of salt tolerance in plant.A lot of genes,transporters and ion channels related to maintaining K+/Na+ ratios have been found and identified in recent years.These genes and proteins play significant roles in uptake of K+ and Na+,and some of these genes and proteins regulate the K+/Na+ ratios under salt stress.This review discussed the mechanism of maintaining high K+/Na+ ratios in plant under salt stress.
