益阳地区7种生物质热解动力学特性研究

摘    要:采用热重分析仪对益阳地区7种生物质(玉米秸秆、花生壳、刺桐木屑、豆秆、稻壳、杉木屑和松木屑)的热解特性进行了热重实验研究,利用热重分析法,在氮气气氛下对7种生物质的热解行为特性和动力学规律进行了分析.实验结果表明:7种生物质的热解特性相似,热解过程可以用同一种模型描述.7种生物质在热解过程中可分为脱水解吸附干燥、快速热解和残余物缓慢分解等3个阶段.升温速率越大,热解速度越快.林业生物质的热稳定性大于农业生物质的热稳定性.

Abstract:Thermo-gravimetric experiments were carried out for the study on pyrolysis characteristics of 7 kinds of biomass in Yiyang, including corn stalk, peanut shell, erythrina sawdust, bean stalk, rice husk, Chinese fir sawdust and pine sawdust. Thermo-gravimetric analysis was used to study the pyrolysis performance and dynamic rule of 7 kinds of biomass sample under the stream of N2.
