| 摘 要： | 模流分析技术是利用计算机对注塑件动态填充过程进行模拟。该文在对汽车内锁止把手进行注塑模具设计的基础上，对其注塑过程进行模流分析，并通过模流分析验证结构的合理性。注塑过程模拟表明模流分析能够很好地模拟填充过程，且能验证模具工艺的合理性，为模具的设计提供依据。

| Abstract: | The mold flow analysis utilizes the computer to simulate dynamic filling process about the injection mold. Based on the design of the mold of a part, the mold flow analysis technology is introduced for simulating the injection filling process and the rationality of the mold structure parameters are verified through the filling process simulation and this work provides suggestions for injection mold design. |
