福建白水栀鲜花香气的GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用活体植株动态顶空套袋采集法和TCT-GC/MS联用分析技术,采集分析了白水栀鲜花的香气成分,共鉴定出21种化合物,香气成分主要为(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-十八烷三烯(占67.02%)、苯甲酸甲酯(占14.20%)、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(占10.49%)。

Abstract:The fresh flowers of Gardenia jasminoides var.fortuniana were sampled by dynamic headspace sampling method,and their volatile fragrance components were analyzed by TCT-GC/MS technique.A total of 21 compounds of Gardenia jasminoides var.fortuniana flower fragrance were identified,and the major compounds were 1,3,6-Octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-,(Z)-(accounting for 67.02%),Benzoic acid,methyl ester(accounting for 14.20%),1,6-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-(accounting for 10.49%).
