| Abstract: | The model of yeast cultures in ruminants is reviewed. The core of the model is the abilities of yeast cultures to stimulate the special ruminal microbials and then improve ruminal circumstances, and the biochemical basis of the model are the mechanisms of yeast cultures as to be nutritional cofactors, to control the oxyagen level in rumen, and to stimulate ruminal microbials as triggers as small active peptides. |
