摘    要:为保证基层实验室检测能力的稳定性、准确性,进一步提高农业系统质检机构的能力建设,通过上级部门对基层设置考核盲样,在规定时间内准确检测出具体参数及含量,进行实验室之间的比对,提高基层检测机构检测能力的整体水平。本次实验对黄瓜中的未知农药参数进行检测,总结了实验室农产品农药残留检测能力验证过程中的注意事项与技巧。结果表明,为确保检测结果的准确性,检测结果回收率应控制在70~130 %之间,相对标准偏差不高于15 %,为顺利通过能力验证考核,对实验过程中应特别注意的事项及关键点进行了探讨。

Analysis of Proficiency Testing of Pesticide Residue Verification in Cucumber
Abstract:In order to ensure the stability and accuracy of the testing capacity of the grass-roots laboratories and further improve the capacity building of the quality inspection institutions of the agricultural system, the higher authorities set up blind samples for the grass-roots units to accurately detect the specific parameters and content within the specified time, and carry out the comparison between laboratories, so as to improve the overall level of the testing capacity of the grass-roots units. This experiment detected the unknown pesticide parameters in cucumber, and summarized the precautions and skills in the process of verifying the detection capability of pesticide residues in agricultural products in the laboratory. The results showed that in order to ensure the accuracy of the test results, the recovery rate of the test results should be controlled between 70% and 130%, and the relative standard deviation should not be higher than 15%. In order to successfully pass the ability verification examination, the matters and key points that should be paid special attention to during the experiment were discussed.
