| 摘 要： | 目的]优化紫花地丁中黄酮化合物的提取条件,为紫花地丁的开发利用提供理论依据。方法]以紫花地丁为试验材料,在碱提取法、乙醇提取法和微波提取法比较的基础上,通过正交试验选择最佳提取法。在最佳提取条件下,测定了紫花地丁中根、茎、花中黄酮化合物的含量。结果]3种提取方法中,微波提取法提取时间最短,提取率效果最好,为3.65%。正交试验得到的最佳提取工艺为微波1 300 W提取20 s、乙醇浓度65%、料液比1∶15。在最佳提取条件下,全草黄酮化合物提取率最高,为4.84%;紫花地丁中根、茎、花中黄酮化合物的含量分别为4.81%、4.84%、4.90%。结论]微波提取法是从紫花地丁中提取黄酮的最佳方法。
