| 摘 要： | 利用GIS技术,以四川省内江市为例,构建数字高程模型（DEM）,并依据土地利用空间布局、坡度和坡向,结合海拔高度、土壤质地、土体构型、农用等、利用等等生态因子对区域进行生态适宜性与敏感性分析评价。参照区域适宜性和敏感性综合评价结果,综合人口、生产力布局的特征,借鉴景观格局整体优化的方法,将内江市划分为优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区4个主体功能区,并针对各功能区的特点指出了相应的发展方向及优化调控措施,为低山丘陵区进行土地利用格局优化调控提供依据,也为城市土地利用规划的编制与实施提供参考。
