| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内外学科馆员制度的发展情况,阐述了我国农业院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性,以及通过网络调查国内33所农业院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的概况,发现我国农业院校图书馆学科馆员制度起步较晚,人才缺乏,总体建设较落后,并提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the development of the subject librarian system both at home and abroad,this paper has studied on the necessity of building up the subject librarian system in agricultural university libraries.A total of 33 domestic agriculture college libraries subject librarian system was investigated through the network.It was found that agriculture subject librarian system began rather late,lack of talent,comparatively backward in construction,and some improvement measures was proposed. |
