| 摘 要： | 本文在明确速生丰产林概念的基础上, 着重探讨了发展速生丰产林在我国林业建设中的地位, 澄清了国内外不同林业发展战略思路(如接近自然的林业, 林业分工论, 新林业学说和生态林业等) 与发展速生丰产林的关系.最后根据园内外发展速生丰产林(工业人工林) 的经验和教训, 指出今后我国速生丰产林的发展道路及应注意的问题.

| Abstract: | Since 1958, development of fast growing and high yielding forests has been advocated in China. Due to great importance attached to it always by government, the establishment of fast and growing and high yielding forests in China has undergone several stages of development, with much useful experiences accumulated(of course, there are lessons to be learned, too) . In the "Outline of Greening Programme by Afforestation from 1989-2000 in China", a definite task is assigned for establishing fast gr owing and high yielding timber forest bases. It is palnned that the area of fast growing and high yielding timber forests in the year 200 will be 7.89 million ha. The long range program is to establish such timber forests With an area of 20 million ha in 30 years. In 1989, the State Council had the development of such timber forests included in the state industry policy. Now China is executing a program of establishing 6.76 million ha of fast growing and high yielding forests. Although some difficulties in allocation of forest land and investment intensity are encountered, yet we must manage to overcome the difficulties by improving the program of land utilization, upgrading the sulvicultural science and technology, perfecting the forest policy. making full use of investment and strengthening management so as to attain all the objectives in the above mentioned program. Henceforwards, special attention will be paid to the following aspects in developing the fast growing and high yielding forests:(1) strengthening the research and practice of directional culture of fast growing and high yielding forest.(2) stressing the combination of short rotional fast growing and high yielding forests with the long rotational general timber forests, combination of general timber forests with rare species timber forests, and combination of timber forests with multiple purpose forests.(3) carefully solving the problem of land required for establishing fast growing and high yielding forests and enlarging the capacity of investment,(4) utilizing new technology to actively promote the forest productivity,(5) adhering to the principle of sustained forest utilization. |
