播种期对谷子(粟)蛋白质氨基酸组成的影响

摘    要:谷子蛋白质产量与子粒产量密切相关,r=0.9717**。不同播种期中,以5月5日播种的谷子子粒产量和蛋白质产量最高,分别达到63.21±11.66和7.91±1.45g/盆,比4月15日早播的分别增产25.59%和27.4%,比5月25日晚播的分别增产11.5%和20.4%。随着播种期的推迟,谷子蛋白质的各种氨基酸含量有规律地降低,推迟到5月下旬以后播种,下降幅度更大,与5月5日播种的相比,氨基酸总量减少14.5%~23.5%,EAA总量降低14.1%~24.6%,EAAI下降15.22%~25.78%。以赖氨酸和蛋+胱氨酸减少最多,CS分别仅0.317~0.241和0.461~0.469。其次,苏氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸减少也较多,CS只有0.588~0.755。

Effects of Seeding Date on Protein and Amino Acid in Foxtail Millet
Abstract:There is a positive correlation between protein yield and grain yield in foxtail millet,r =0. 9717. The grain yield and the protein yield are different with the various seeding date. The highest is on May 5, they are 63.21 ±11 .66g/pot and 7.91 ±1 .45g/pot respectively. They are 25.59% and27.40% higher than those which seeding date is on April 15 and 11. 5% and 20. 4% higher than on May 25. The Amino acid content of protein in foxtail millet regularly decreases with the postopnement of seeding. It is the lowest after the last ten-day of May. Compared with that on May 5, total amount ofamino acid decreases 14 .5% ~23. 5%, EAA decreases 14. 1 % ~24 .6% and EAAI decreases 15. 22%~25. 78%, in which lysine and methionine + cystine decrease seriously, CS of them are only 0. 317~ 0. 241 and 0 .461~0. 469 respectively, and thrconine, isoleucine and valine also decrease, CS of themare only 0. 588~0. 755.
