蜜蜂授粉对大白菜自交不亲和系结实的影响

摘    要:应用大白菜石特和运农两个包头型自交不亲和系材料,在其主枝下部进行人工蕾期授粉,上部采用花期蜜蜂授粉对比试验。结果表明,两个材料蜜蜂授粉结荚率分别为对79.1%,81.9%;单荚结子数分别为10.78粒和11.18粒。人工授粉结荚率分别为28.11%,19.52%;单荚平均结子数分别为5.54粒和5.18粒。蜜蜂授粉可显著地提高自交不亲和系的结英率和单荚子粒数,从而大大提高了种子产量,是繁殖十字花科自交不亲和系的有效方法。

Honeybee Pollination's Effect on Bear-fruit of Big Chinese Cabbage System of Self-hybrid non-affinity
Abstract:Applying big Chinese cabbage Shite and yunnong, two coneal head types of the system ofself-hybrid non-affinity, as experimental materials, we do artificial pollination during bud on their maintrunk lower part and do honeybee pollination during flower on the main trunk upper part. The results showthat in both types of materials, When using honeybee pollination, the bear pods rate are 79. 1% and 81 9% respectively, the number of bearing seed in single pod are 10.78 grains and 11. 18 grains; whenusing artificial pollination, the bear pods rate are 28. 11%, and 19.52%, the number of bearing seed insingle pod are 5.54 grains and 5. 18 grains. Honeybee pollination may improve apparently the bear podsrate and the number of single pod grains of self-hybrid non-affinity system, so that it can largely improvethe seed production and is an effective method to reproduce the self-hybrid ono-affinity system in themustard family.
