| 摘 要： | 以野生地榆（Sanguisorba officinalis）种子为试材，对其萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明：地榆种子长约2.548mm，椭球形，灰褐色至紫黑色，千粒重为2.471g；种子休眠属种壳休眠，破除休眠可采用98%浓硫酸处理，以酸蚀30min为宜，发芽率为85.33%；最适萌发温度为20℃；200mg/L赤霉素浸种发芽率达到86.67%。

| Abstract: | Using the seeds of wild Sanguisorba officinalis as experiment materials, the germination characteristic was studied in this paper. The result shows that: The seeds are about 2.548mm long, oblate, and are yellow-gray or brown-black. The weight is 2.471g per thousand-granule. The dormant character of the seeds is forcing dormancy caused by hard seed vessels. The dormancy could be broken down by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid. The most appropriate time is 30min. The highest germination rate is 85.33%. The optimum germination temperature is 20℃. When the seeds were soaked in 200mg/L GA the germination rate could reach to 86.67%. |
