| 摘 要： | 用PCR法克隆测定了4个品种金鱼（草金、文种、龙种和蛋种）、6个不同水域鲫与银鲫的m tDNA控制区部分序列,并对之进行比较分析。结果表明：测得的金鱼与鲫的序列长度均为471 bp,银鲫为472bp;在所用样品中共检测到10种单倍型,金鱼4品种间序列无差异,共享1种单倍型;11尾鲫（来自6个不同水域）呈现8种单倍型,4尾银鲫（来自2个不同水域）共享1种单倍型。聚类分析结果表明,金鱼隶属于鲫的一支,银鲫呈独立的另一支。对金鱼与不同地域鲫的遗传距离测定结果表明：金鱼与嘉兴南湖的鲫亲缘关系最近（遗传距离D=0.00426）,其次为盐城射阳湖鲫（D=0.00534）、淮河鲫（D=0.00641）、鄱阳湖鲫（D=0.00749）,再次为黄河下游鲫（D=0.01073）,与闽江鲫亲缘关系较远（D=0.01291）。据此推测,金鱼起源于长江流域的鲫。 |
