摘    要:文中在分析空间定位信息服务技术、移动云计算技术及自然保护区管护业务对位置服务需求的基础上, 提出连续主动定位、保护区信息采集实时回传和林区巡护人员考勤相结合的自然保护区巡护管理模式。在自然保护区管理中引入位置服务技术, 可为其提供便捷的空间信息服务。基于混合定位算法、Web Service等技术实现了集成巡护人员位置采集、巡护数据采集、林业气象数据采集和轨迹回放等功能的自然保护区智能巡护管理系统, 并实现了空间数据采集、云存储、云检索和数据分析等功能, 在平台端实时接收外业采集数据并在地图上展示及分析统计, 相比传统的林业数据采集和林业巡护工作模式更加便捷和直观。该系统可为自然保护区资源监测、管理与巡护业务提供低成本、高效率、实时准确的位置服务信息技术支持。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the spatial location information service technology, mobile cloud computing technology and requirements by nature reserve patrol authorities on location service, the paper proposed the patrol management mode for nature reserve, which combined the continuous active positioning, realtime information transmitting and staff attendance. The location service technology introduced in nature reserve management system could provide nature reserve with convenient spatial information service. The hybrid location algorithm and Web Service were based to realize the intelligent patrol management system, which possessed various functions such as integrative access to patrol personnel position, patrolling data collection, forestry meteorological data collection, track playback, etc. The system also realized the function of spatial data collection, cloud storage, cloud retrieval, data analysis, etc., and could receive field collected data at the platform end as well as introducing data on map for statistical analysis. Compared with conventional forestry data collection and forestry patrol mode, this system is more convenient and visualized, which could provide a low-cost, high-efficiency, accurate and real-time location services information technology, supporting resource monitoring, management and patrolling in nature reserves.
