摘    要:为更好地保护利用濒危药用兰科植物,并对其进行组培快繁及工厂化育苗,对兰科植物白及属黄花白及、石斛属流苏石斛、独蒜兰属独蒜兰种胚的形态发育进行了显微观察研究,并比较了其异同点.结果表明:流苏石斛种子在培养基上萌发所需时间较长.黄花白及种胚先变绿后突破种皮,主要从种子的一侧突破种皮,少数种子从种皮的一端突破种皮;独蒜兰的种...

Abstract:Microexaminations were carried out and the similarities and differences were compared on the seed embryo development of Three genera of orchid Bletilla ochracea,Dendrobium fimbriatum,and Pleione bulbocodioides to conserve the endangered medicinal orchid,to propagate by tissue culture,and its industrial seedling growing.The results showed that D.fimbriatum took longer time for its seed germination on culture media.Seed embryo of B.ochracea turned green first and then broke through the seed coat,mainly from o...
