| 摘 要： | 我国30多年的农村经济改革，在取得巨大成就的同时，也面临着严峻的挑战。农村经济的发展与工业化、城镇化的步伐不相协调，城乡差别较为悬殊，削弱了工业化、城镇化的后劲。必须全面推进农村经济综合配套改革，进一步创新体制机制，强化政策措施，并在完善市场经济体制的基础上，着力构建新型工农、城乡关系，实现城乡经济社会协调发展。

| Abstract: | Great achievements have been obtained in more than 30 years reform of rural economy in China.At the same time，serious challenges have been also faced. Development of rural economy is not in harmony with the pace of industrialization and urbanization.Differences between town and country are relatively wide.Power of industrialization and urbanization is weakened.Rural economic comprehensive supplementary reform must be promoted.Systems and mechanisms should be innovated.Policy measures should be strengthened.Based on perfecting market economy system，a new urban and rural relationship of workers and peasants should be focused to build.Coordinated development of urban and rural economic and social will be realized. |
