| 摘 要： | 研究了云南烟叶常规化学成分的含量状况,并与津巴布韦烟叶的化学成分含量做显著性检验。结果表明：（1）云南上部烟叶总糖、烟碱、氯、钾、总氮、糖碱比、钾氯比的主要集中范围分别为22%-35%、2.5%-4%、0.1%-0.4%、1.2%-2.3%、2%-2.5%、5%-8%、3%-10%;中部烟叶几项指标主要集中范围为32%-38%、2%-3%、0.05%-0.2%、1.5%-2.3%、1.5%-2.2%、8%-14%、4%-9%;下部烟叶几项指标主要集中范围为28%-35%、1.5%-2.5%、0.01%-0.5%、1.7%-2.5%、1.5%-2%、10%-20%、2%-8%。（2）云南烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶化学成分对比分析结果表明：两地区上部烟叶总氮、糖碱比、钾氯比指标差异不显著;中部叶、下部叶总氮、烟碱、氯差异不显著。

| Abstract: | The contents of chemical composition in Yunnan tobacco were studied.The results indicated that:(1) The contents of total sugar,nicotine,chlorine,potassium,total nitrogen,ratio of sugar to nicotine and the ratio of potassium to chlorine in upper leaf were mainly concentrates in the 22%-35%,2.5%-4%,0.1%-0.4%,1.2%-2.3%,2%-2.5%,5%-8%,3%-10%;in middle leaf,the contents of the index were mainly concentrates in the 32%-38%,2%-3%,0.05%-0.2%,1.5%-2.3%,1.5%-2.2%,8%-14%,4%-9%;and the contents of the index in lower lea... |
