| 摘 要： | 本文分析了目前国内许多木工机械捏造企业效益下滑、资金周转停顿、产品滞销、人才流失、产品开发无目标等现状，指出销售环节出现危机是造成困境的主要原因，主要表现在产品结构落后于市场结构而不能及时发现；用户消费需求预测错误和购买行为的分析失误；销售渠道的制定错误等。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the current difficult situations that many domestic woodworking machinery manufacturing enterprises are facing, such as descending economic benefit, standstill working fund, unmarketable products, off advanced technicians, and no object of developing new products and so on Furthermore, the following reasons are believed to cause the current dilemma: 1) the enterprises cou ldn't realize timely that their product construction has fall behind the market construction; 2) the false forecast and analysis for consumer's demand and their purchase behavior; 3) the wrong formulation of sale channels |
