| 摘 要： | 目的]研究日本农协和批发市场在日本农产品流通体系中的重要作用及其之间的关系,剖析其形成原因,为探索和构建我国公平高效的农产品流通体系提供参考.方法]对日本农协和批发市场在日本农产品流通体系中的地位和作用特征归纳总结,整理分析日本各官方机构的相关统计数据,并结合对日本农协和批发市场的实际调研情况,剖析两者之间在制度及在面对流通环境变化等方面的关系.结果]在日本农产品流通体系中,农协指导生产并维护农民利益,批发市场的存在则保证了农产品交易的高效与公平,它们之间相互制衡,共同维持着日本农产品流通体系公正高效运行.农协合并后单位农协出货量大规模化导致农产品流通量向大规模批发市场集中,使大型化后的农协市场对话权明显加强;而农协市场对话力的加强和销售战略的改变是批发市场经营低迷的重要原因.建议]我国应积极提升农村合作社的规模和实力,推进农产品批发市场体系的完善,同时应不断顺应环境变化对政策体系做出相应调整,以达到权利合理分配、保护流通中各主体利益的目的,保证流通体系高效平稳地运转.

| Abstract: | Objective]Not only the important role of the agricultural cooperative and the wholesale market but also their relationship in the circulation system of agricultural products in Japan were studied and their forming reasons were analyzed to provide references for the exploration and construction of a ffair and efficient circulation system of agricultural products in China.Method]The status and functions of agricultural cooperative and the wholesale market in Japanese circulation system of agricultural products were summarized.Based on relevant statistical data published by Japanese agencies and actual investigation situation,their relationship both in logistical system and varied circumstances was analyzed.Result]In Japanese circulation system of agricultural products,agricultural cooperative guided production and safeguarded farmers＇ interests,while wholesale markets ensured agricultural products＇ trading ran steadily and efficiently.They balanced each other and maintained a fair and efficient circulation system.More agricultural products circulated in large-scale wholesale market because the consolidated agricultural cooperative had more shipments.Mega agricultural cooperative had more bargaining power.The enhanced bargaining power and the change of sale strategy were the main reasons for the sluggish wholesale market.Suggestion]China should enhance the scale and strength of rural cooperatives,improve the agricultural products wholesale market system and swiftly respond to changing policy system so as to rationalize the allocation of their rights,ensure the interests of the main parts and keep a smooth and efficient circulation system. |
