摘    要:BS-1和BS-2对辣椒炭疽病具有较好的防治效果.经内生菌BS-1、BS-2与病菌同时处理的椒果体内过氧化物氧化酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸氨解酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,超氧离子自由基(O·-2)产生速率,丙二醛(MDA)含量均较只经病菌处理的低;而可溶性蛋白含量分别比清水对照处理的高168.0%和137.5%,比病菌对照处理的高97.2%和92.3%.

Abstract:The study demonstrated that the two endophytic bacterial strains, BS-1 and BS-2 (Bacillus subtilis), had a good control effect on capsicum anthracnose; and could depress the activities of peroxidase (POD), phenylalanine ammonolyase (PAL), catalase (CAT)and superoxide anion radicals (O~~(·-)__(2)) producing rate, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) comparing to the only pathogen inoculated. But the content of soluble protein was higher in the plant treated with the endophytic bacteria than treated with pathogen and water.
