| 摘 要： | 从政策制度设计、区划界定、效益补偿、经营管理、生态效益监测等方面,介绍了近10多年来广东省生态公益林的发展和取得的成效,通过对广东省生态公益林存在的管理水平不高、发展后劲不足、防灾减灾能力不强等问题的分析,提出了一些针对性的对策与建议。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the status and the achievements of non-commercial forests in Guangdong Province over the past decade,including the policies and system establishment,divisions for management,ecological benefit compensation,management,ecological benefit monitoring,and so on.Presently,there are some issues in the management of non-commercial forests in Guangdong Province,such as low management level,lack of development potential,weak capacity of resisting disasters etc.Finally,some relevant countermeasures and proposals were put forward. |
