山西省超级小麦育种问题探讨

摘    要:当前山西省超级冬小麦类型有3种,即:高产生理型、高效生态型、高值专用型,产量指标为10 000kg/hm2。产量性状和光合生理性状是决定品种产量潜力的关键性状,超级小麦育种重点应进行单位面积穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重、花后21~31 d平均光合速率、花后30 d绿叶面积、灌浆高峰期单穗平均日增重、灌浆高峰持续时间、生物学产量、收获指数等9个性状的遗传改良。集优交配法是选育超级小麦新品种的有效育种技术。为了适应超级育种的纵深发展要求,要加强光合生理特性、性状遗传规律等基础理论研究和超级小麦大穗材料创新工作,同时要进行育种技术的改进。

Abstract:There are three kinds of the super wheat varieties in Shanxi province. They are the high - yielding and physiology, high- efficient and ecotype,the high -value and specific . At present, the yield index of super wheat breeding in Shanxi province is 10 000 kg/hm^2. Yield and photosynthetic characters determine variety yield potential. Genetic improvement of nine characters, ears per acre, kernel number per ear, kernel weight per ear, mean photosynthesis rate of 21 - 30 days after anthesis, green leaves area 30 days after anthesis, average daily gain per ear at peak filling stage, duration of filling peak, biological yield and harvest index, must be emphasized in super wheat breeding. Hybrid method of accumulating good points is an effective breeding technique for selecting super wheat cultivars. In order to meet the need of further development of super wheat breeding, basic theory study such as photosynthetic and physiologic characters, traits genetic law and so on, and the innovation of super wheat and big ear material should be enforced. At the mean time the technique of wheat breeding must be improved.
