| 摘 要： | 分析了我国农机企业管理中存在的主要问题,并对平衡记分卡的基本原理和作用做了介绍。依据农机企业的特点和现代企业管理理论,阐述了如何在农机企业中建立基于平衡记分卡的绩效指标体系。最后,对相应的绩效考核方法和激励机制做了详细说明。

| Abstract: | The main defects in the management of agricultural machinery enterprises are analyzed, and the principle and function of the balanced scorecard are also introduced. Based on the characteristics of the agricultural machinery enterprises and modern enterprise management theory, the way to design the performance index system for agricultural machinery enterprises is illustrated. Finally, the corresponding performance evaluation methods and incentive mechanism are shown in details. |
