| 摘 要： | 2004年俄罗斯原油产量居世界第一位,天然气储量占世界的三分之一,能源出口是当前和今后俄罗斯经济发展的关键因素.分析与研究了俄罗斯油气出口现状和出口战略,认为加强中俄能源合作并有效利用俄罗斯油气资源,对加快发展我国的石油工业和管道工业具有重要的战略意义.针对进口俄罗斯油气资源的技术问题,提出目前应从四个方面提前开展管道设计和施工技术的研究.

| Abstract: | Russia's crude oil production was ranked No. 1 in the world in 2004. Its production and export volume of crude oil and natural gas will be further increased in 2020 according to Russia's energy development plan. However, because of the serious aging problem of existing pipelines in Russia, the oil and gas production of Russia has increased faster than its pipeline transmission capacity since 2001. The worsening bottleneck problem of its pipeline transmission capacity becomes a big obstacle for Russia to achieve its strategic goals of mid-term and long-term energy development plan. Therefore, a plan to construct some large-scale oil and gas pipelines is made in Russia's 2020 Energy Development Strategy. It will be of help to use such pipeline construction plan for reference for China to prepare a strategic plan in importation of oil and gas from Russia. |
