美柄牛肝菌子实体的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]系统阐述美柄牛肝菌的主要化学成分。方法]以美柄牛肝菌为试材,采用常规硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、高效液相色谱等方法分离鉴定美柄牛肝菌中的化合物及其结构。结果]从美柄牛肝菌中分离出了9个化合物,分别为O-Acetylcyclocalopin A,分子式为C17H22O7;Cyclocalopin,分子式为C15H20O6;Cyclopinol,分子式为C15H20O5;D-阿洛醇(D-allitol),分子式为C6H14O6;3β-羟基-麦角甾醇-5,7,22-三烯,分子式为C28H44O;3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾醇-6,22-二烯,分子式为C28H44O3;邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯,分子式为C16H22O4;Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,分子式为C24H38O4;Ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6α-triol(cerevisterol),分子式为C28H46O3。通过经典波谱学分析和文献比对确定了它们的结构,其中包括3个倍半萜类化合物和3个甾体类化合物,3个倍半萜类化合物仅对黄瓜枯萎病菌、小麦赤霉病菌等少数病原菌有微弱的抗菌作用。结论]该研究为利用美柄牛肝菌开发生物农药奠定了基础。
