| 摘 要： | 以浑善达克沙地巴音胡舒试验基地草地土壤为研究对象,在两种不同植被类型的养鸡棚中采样,分析了放牧鸡对不同类型草地土壤的含水量,硝态氮,铵态氮及土壤微生物碳、氮的影响。结果表明,灌丛草地含水量、硝态氮随距离变化差异显著,草地含水量随深度的变化差异显著。对于两种不同植被类型,深度20～50 cm的土壤铵态氮含量明显高于深度0～10 cm土壤的含量;0～10 cm土层中土壤微生物碳含量随着放牧距离的增加逐渐减小,但其他层次中没有明显变化;不同的放牧距离对土壤微生物氮的影响差异不明显,但不同层次间存在显著差异。
