摘    要:综述了分子印迹技术的基本原理及分类,并对其在固相萃取、传感器、色谱分析等食品安全检测中的应用进行了概述,同时展望了分子印迹技术的应用前景和发展趋势.

Abstract:The basic principle and classification of molecular imprinting technology was introduced;and its application in food safety detection and analysis such as solid-phase exaction,sensor technology and chromatographic analysis was reviewed.The prospect of this technology was also put forward.
