不同世代湿地松净光合速率及日进程对氮磷营养的响应

摘    要:使用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统,对不同世代湿地松净光合速率值及其日进程对氮磷营养的响应规律进行了研究,结果表明二代种子园苗木的净光合速率与一代种子园、母树林苗木的净光合速率值有极显著差异,通过遗传改良,二代种子园、一代种子园所培育苗木苗期的净光合速率值分别比其低一世代提高了51.29%和9.82%;氮、磷营养施用量过高反而降低了叶片中核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶的活性,因而降低了湿地松的净光合速率值,适量氮、磷营养能明显提高湿地松的净光合速率值,其净光合速率值分别比对照提高70.31%和68.89%;二代种子园、一代种子园、母树林湿地松盆栽苗苗期净光合速率对不同水平N素营养的日响应进程为‘双峰’型,二代种子园湿地松盆栽苗苗期净光合速率对不同水平P素营养的日响应进程有二种模式,一代种子园、母树林湿地松盆栽苗苗期净光合速率对不同水平P素营养的日响应进程为‘双峰’型。

Abstract:Study on different generations of slash pine net photosynthetic rate and its value to the process of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition of the response pattern using the LI - 6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of seedling had significant differences in the second-generation seed orchard , first-generation seed orchard and seed stands. Through genetic improvement net photosynthetic rate values of seedling from second-generation seed orchard and the first-generation seed orchard were lower than a generation of its increased 51.29% and 9.82 %; Nutrition instead of nitrogen and phosphorus excessive makes the ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate carboxylase enzyme activity in leaves lower, thus decreased the net photosynthetic rate value of slash pine. However,the proper amount of nitrogen, phosphorus nutrition can significantly improve the slash pine net photosynthetic rate value and its net photosynthetic rate higher than the control increase 70.31 %and 68.89 %.The second-generation seeds orchard, first-generation seed orchard and seed stands of pot slash pine net photosynthetic rate responding to the different levels of nitrogen nutrition in diurnal process exhibits a double peak type, first-generation seed orchard and seed stands of pot slash pine net photosynthetic rate responding to the different levels of phosphorus nutrition in the diurnal process exhibits a double peak type,but second-generation seeds orchard of pot slash pine net photosynthetic rate responding to the different levels of phosphorus nutrition in the process exhibits two models.
