| 摘 要： | 番荔枝原产热带美洲。从引种、基因组与生物技术、育种技术与品种选育、育苗方法与建园模式、栽培技术研究、病虫防控理论与技术、采后加工与贮藏处理等方面简述番荔枝生产与科研主要进展。在分析番荔枝生产科研面临的新形势、新问题的基础上,提出了中国番荔枝产业持续健康发展的科技对策。

| Abstract: | Sugar apple (Annona squam osa) is or iginated from the tropical America. The recent production and research advances of sugar apple in China were reviewed in the aspects of germplasm introduction, genome, biotechnology, breeding and variety selection, propagation, orchard construction, cultural practices, pest control, and postharvest handling, storage and processing. On the basis of new situations and problems of sugar apple production, some scientific measures for the sustainable and healthy development of sugar apple industry in China were put forward. |
