| 摘 要： | 秀珍菇是近年来的菌中新贵。从秀珍菇遗传特性、种质资源研究以及杂交育种、原生质体融合育种、自交育种、辐射诱变育种等综述了秀珍菇遗传育种的现状及进展。开展秀珍菇种质资源收集,进行优异种质资源的创新评价和利用研究,对秀珍菇种质资源的保护,合理开发利用秀珍菇种质资源,促进秀珍菇产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Pleurotus pulmonarius is an upstart edible mushroom in recent years. This paper summarized the current status and progress in the genetic breeding of P. pulmonarius from perspectives of genetic characteristics, germplasm resources research, hybridization breeding, protoplast fusion breeding, inbred breeding and radiation-induced mutation breeding. To conduct the collection of germplasm resources of P. pulmonarious and performing creative evaluation and utilization research of P. pulmonarius germplasm is of great significance for the protection and rational utilization as well as development of P. pulmonarius germplasm resources, and promoting sustainable development of P. pulmonarius industry. |
