摘    要:对采自6个不同地点的8份羊奶果资源果实样品进行综合性状比较,同时利用HPLC方法测定了样品中6种有机酸含量。结果显示:不同资源和不同栽培地点的羊奶果果实综合性状差异显著;8份样品有机酸含量范围分别为酒石酸0.04~0.55 g/kg、苹果酸12.11~27.71 g/kg、柠檬酸1.59~5.21 g/kg、富马酸0.7~1.41 g/kg、没食子酸0.40~0.56 g/kg、琥珀酸0.00 g/kg;不同资源和不同栽培地点的羊奶果果实有机酸含量差异显著。实验结果表明,资源及栽培环境对羊奶果果实综合性状及有机酸含量有显著影响。

Abstract:Fruits of eight accessions of Elaeagnus conferta germplasm were sampled from six different sites to compare their comprehensive characteristics, and to determine their contents of six organic acids. The results showed that the fruits of different accessions of E. conferta collected from various sites were significantly different in comprehensive characteristics, and that the fruit samples of the eight accessions contained tartaric acid 0.04~0.55g/kg, malic acid 12.11~27.71g/kg, citric acid 1.59~5.21g/kg, fumaric acid 0.7~1.41g/kg, gallic acid 0.40~0.56g/kg, and succinic acid 0.00g/kg. The organic acids contents were significantly different in the fruits of different accessions collected from different locations. This proved that E. conferta germplasm resources and their cultivating locations gave significantly different impact on the comprehensive characteristics and organic acids contents of E.conferta fruit.
