壳聚糖-Zn(Ⅱ)螯合物的制备工艺及红外光谱研究

摘    要:试验对壳聚糖(CS)与Zn(Ⅱ)离子吸附动力学进行了研究。通过对螯合时间、Zn(Ⅱ)起始浓度、反应物的质量比、反应液的pH值进行优化,以螯合率为考察指标,并通过红外光谱对螯合物的组成进行表征,选择最优螯合条件。结果表明,壳聚糖与Zn(Ⅱ)的最佳螯合工艺为:Zn(Ⅱ)的起始浓度5mg/ml、pH值4.0、壳聚糖与Zn(Ⅱ)的比值5:1、螯合6h。红外光谱研究显示,CS与Zn(Ⅱ)发生了螯合作用。

Abstract:This text investigate the isothermal absorption kinetics of chitosan(CS) for znic(Ⅱ) ions,through the effect of chelate indication by the chelate time,the initial concentration of Zn(Ⅱ),ratio of reactant and pH,and select optimum absorption condition,prepare ideal complex compound.Methods with chelate ratio as the index of investigation.By IR spectra,the structure of the complex compound was confirmed.Results:The optimum absorption condition of chitosan and Zn(Ⅱ) ions were that the initial concentration of Zn(Ⅱ)5 mg/ml,pH of solution 4.0,the ratio of CS to Zn(Ⅱ)5:1,and chelate time 6 h.The CS-Zn(Ⅱ)complex formation is also proved by IR.
