| 摘 要： | 通过龙眼不同品种嫁接在同一砧木“大乌圆”上的植株枝皮过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱分析,证明砧木与接穗存在相互影响,初步认为砧、穗过氧化物酶同工酶相同值的大小与嫁接亲合力强弱有关。

| Abstract: | Isoperoxidese patterns of the shoot barks of five varieties of longan(*Euphoria longan)grafted onto the same rootstock"Da Wu Yuan"were studied .It was showm that the isoperoxidase patterns of the plants were fairly stable after grafting.Different sion-rootstock ombinations,however,produced some changes,indication the presence of some interaction between the scion and teh rotstock.It is Tentatively presumed that the "same count value":of isoperoxidase is related to the grafting affinity in longan |
