| 摘 要： | 分离并培养鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF),并感染新城疫病毒(NDV),通过观察细胞病变,检测在CEF上,复方中草药对NDV的影响。结果表明,中草药对新城疫病毒的中和、预防、治疗作用的最小抗病毒浓度分别是0.061mg/ml、0.244mg/ml、0.976mg/ml。

The study of the effect of Chinese herbal complex to NDV in the CEF |

| Abstract: | The chick embryo fibroblast (CEF) were isolated and cultured and then they were infected with Newcastle disease virus (NDV).By observing the cytopathic effect,the effect of Chinese herbal complex to NDV were detected in the CEF.The results showed that the minimum anti-virus concentration of Chinese herbal complex to NDV in neutralizing response and prevention and treatment effect were 0.061mg/ml,0.244mg/ml,0.976mg/ml. |
