| 摘 要： | 通过水培实验研究不同锌处理浓度对小麦叶绿素含量的变化，结果表明：随锌处理浓度的增加，小麦叶绿素合成呈现先促后抑的趋势。在锌处理浓度小于350mg／L时，叶绿素含量随处理浓度的上升而升高；当锌处理浓度大于350mg／L时，叶绿素含量随锌处理浓度的升高而下降；由于重金属首先破坏叶绿素a导致叶绿素a／b值随锌处理浓度的上升而呈现递减趋势。

| Abstract: | Through water cultivation,the content of wheat chlorophyll affected by Zinc has been investigated.The results showed that content of chlorophyll increased below 350mg/L of Zn,which decreased beyond 350mg/L of Zn.The ratio of chlorophyll a/b decreased with rise of heave metal zinc which desforied chloro-phyll a. |
