对甘蓝与大白菜种间杂交合成甘蓝型油菜的初步研究

摘    要:通过甘蓝与大白菜种间杂交合成了24个甘蓝型油菜品系。这些品系的自交不新和性、生物学特性及抗逆性都与它们的双亲尤其是母本甘蓝相似。合成的品系中79%自交不亲和、34%品系抗寒、96%的品系耐热、8%品系抗病毒病、84%的品系抗油菜霜霉病、78%避开了菌核病。3个合成甘蓝型油菜品系是41A的理想保持系,其后代不育性彻底而且稳定。从合成的甘蓝型油菜与双低品系的正反交后代中获得了一个不育性彻底的核不育材料

Abstract:Twenty-four B.napus strains were synthesized by inters pecific hybrid ization between B.oleracea and Chinese cabbage (B.campestris). Their sel f-incomp atibility, morphological characters and stress resistance resembled their paren ts, especially their maternal B.oleracea. 79% strains were self-incompatible, 34% cold resistant, 96% heat tolerant, 8% viru s resistant, 84% downy mildew resistant and 78% avoided S.sclerotiorum. Three synthetic strains were ideal maintainers of CMS 41A. A GMS line with 100% sterile rate and complete male sterility was also obtained from the reciprocal crosses between the sy nthetic B.napus and double low lines. About 80% combinations of the reciproc al crosses between the synthetic B.napus strains and double low lines were self -inc ompatible. The morphological characters of the reciprocal cross hybrids appeared intermediate of their parents. Only three hybrids were resistant to cold, butmost of them were late maturity, resistant to heat, virus disease, downy mildew and avoided S.sclerotiorum. Their weight of 1000 seeds and oil content were much higher than present B.napus cultivars.
