摘    要:为确定H2O2和脱落酸(ABA)对干旱高温复合胁迫诱导的苗期玉米(Zea mays L.)叶片抗氧化防护系统的影响,利用玉米ABA缺失突变体vp5及其野生型Vp5为试验材料,在不同胁迫下使用H2O2清除剂KI,ABA抑制剂钨酸钠(T)预处理后,测定了体内4个抗氧化防护基因SOD4,GR1,CAT1和cAPX的表达.结果...
