| 摘 要： | 多子小瓜虫(Ichthyophthirius multifilis)是淡水寄生性原生动物,分布广泛,对寄主无严格选择性,几乎能感染所有的淡水鱼类,常常给水产养殖业和观赏鱼业造成极大的损失,因此小瓜虫病一直是全球研究的热点。目前,针对小瓜虫病的研究大多从治疗方法上入手,而忽视了对多子小瓜虫的基础研究,本文就多子小瓜虫的生态特性、病理学特征与致病机理研究进展作一综述分析,旨在为国内小瓜虫病的研究提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | Ichthyophthirius multifilis insects is a kind of freshwater parasitic protozoa,which are widely distributed, they have no strict selectivity to the host, almost all kind of freshwater fishes can be infected, and often cause grate losses to the aquaculture and the industry of aquarium fish, Ichthyophthiriasis multifilis has been to a global research hot spots. At present many research of the Ichthyophthiriasis multifilis always start from the treatment,but neglect the basic research. The paper analyzed and summarized the ecological property, ecological characteristics and pathogenesis, in order to provide some information for aquaculture. |
