实验用小型碾米机研制开发

摘    要:以满足最近颁布实施的《稻谷》和《优质稻谷》国家标准的要求为技术依托,开展了最佳碾磨量为16 g左右、碾磨时间小于60 s小型碾米机的开发研究。通过与国内外其它机器的重复性、稳定性和台间差的性能比较测试,证明该碾米机性能较优,适用于各级实验室、检测机构和粮食储备库的稻谷整精米率及品质检测。

Abstract:For meeting the requirements of two national standards Paddy and Excellent Paddy which was issued recently,it carried out a series of researches and design of minitype rice mill of which the optimum grind measure is about 16 grams and the grind time is less than 60 seconds.Comparing with the performances of other devices at home and abroad,including repeatability,stability and difference among different devices,the rice mill proved excellent performance,and could be used for head rice rate and other quality determination of paddy in all kinds of laboratory,test institute and grain storage company.
