浙农大1号意蜂和本地意蜂发育时龄的研究

摘    要:本文对浙农大1号意蜂(E_a)和本地意蜂(E_b)的工蜂、蜂王、雄蜂的发育时龄(从卵到成虫羽化)进行了研究。其结果是:E_a和E_b的平均发育时龄,工蜂分别为504.7和506.8小时,蜂王分别为387.5和395.5小时,雄蜂分别为581.5和585.6小时。E_a和E_b三型蜂的发育时龄均存有差异,E_a的工蜂、蜂王、雄蜂发育时龄分别比E_b缩短2.1、8.0和4.1小时。此外,还发现受精卵的胚胎发育比未受精卵快。

Abstract:The development time (from egg laid to emergence) of worker, queen, drone of Zhenongda-l (Ea) and China local Italian Bee(Eb) were saudied. The result is as follows: The average total development time of Ea and Eb worker are 504. 7 and 506. 8 h; queen are 387. 5 and 395.5h;drone are 581. 5 and 585. 6 h respectively. The result showed that there are some differences in development time of three castes betreen Ea and Eb. The development time of worker, queen and drone of Ea is respectively 2. 1, 8. 0 and 4.1h shorter than that of Eb. In addition, the embryonic developmenttime of fertilized egg is found to be shorter than that of unfertilized egg.
