多粘芽孢杆菌JW-725抗菌活性物质及其发酵条件的初步研究

摘    要:多粘芽孢杆菌JW-725对柑橘青霉具有很强的拮抗作用。通过5因素4水平正交试验明确,应用LB培养基培养,初始pH 9.0,30℃,通气量100 mL,接种量为10%,140 r/min振荡培养72 h时的发酵液具有最佳抗菌活性。该菌胞外抗菌物质可用乙酸乙酯单一溶剂提取。

Abstract:Bacillus polymyxa JW-725 has a significant antifungal effect on Penicillium italicum.The five-factor and 4-grade orthogonal experiments found that the fermentative liquid had the strongest antifungal effect,with the following fermentative conditions: LB media with initial pH9.0,30℃,72 h,10% inoculum and 100 mL culture in a 500 mL bottle.Further studies showed that the strain secreted an extracellular antifungal product that could be extracted preliminarily by ethyl acetate.
