| 摘 要： | 在分析高校图书馆发展对流通馆员角色的要求和流通馆员的生存现状基础上．从服务项目开发的参与者，读者咨询的首问馆员、馆藏文献利用状况的分析者、读者抱怨的化解者、服务育人职能的执行者五方面对流通馆员的角色定位进行了探讨，并提出了实现角色定位的保证措施。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the role definition of a circulation librarian in 5 aspects as follows: participants in service item developing,1st librarian whom readers consult,analyst in situations of using record-holdings,INFP of complaining readers,executor in the role of cultivating and serving people,on the basis of the request and current existence of a circulation librarian;and it developed assurance measures of a given role. |
